Due to holiday season, Train Tickets are finishing fast !!

👉 Please book your tickets and encourage others also to book tickets as soon as possible so that no one misses their NAGPUR train !!

🗓️ You can start arriving from 30th onwards. By 11pm of 3rd October we need to vacate.

🚌 PICKUP-DROP FACILITY 🚗

Inform us in Advance about your travel plans (Arrival & Departure schedule) for arranging Pick-up & Drop from Airport or Railway

अक्टूबर में छुट्टियों के कारण, ट्रेन टिकट जल्दी खत्म हो रहे हैं!!

👉 कृपया अपनी टिकट तुरंत बुक करें और दूसरों को भी प्रोत्साहित करें ताकि कोई भी नागपुर जाने वाली ट्रेन से वंचित न रह जाए!!

🗓️ आप 30 तारीख से आना शुरू कर सकते हैं। 3 अक्टूबर की रात 11 बजे तक हमें कांफ्रेंस स्थल खाली करना होगा।

🚌 पिक-अप-ड्रॉप सुविधा 🚗

रेलवे स्टेशन या हवाई अड्डे से पिक-अप और ड्रॉप की व्यवस्था के लिए अपनी यात्रा योजनाओं (आगमन और प्रस्थान शेड्यूल) के बारे में हमें पहले से सूचित करें

🏨 ACCOMMODATION 🏨

Stay/accommodation is free for all participants. Stay facility is separate for Male & females.

❌ No family accommodation is available.

🧑‍🧒 Children between 6-10 years will be staying with their mother.

🏪 Dormitory type rooms separate for men & women with Bunk beds. If the count of delegates arises then we will be using the Classrooms in the Campus for the same (mattresses on the floor).

👉 Bathrooms/Toilets are common for all the delegates in a Dormitory.

👉 Mattresses, Bed sheets, Pillows would be provided. No extra bed sheets would be provided.

👉 Any extra mattress would be chargeable.

सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए आवास/रहना निःशुल्क है। पुरुषों और महिलाओं के लिए ठहरने की सुविधा अलग-अलग है।

❌ परिवार के लिए कोई आवास उपलब्ध नहीं है।

🧑‍🧒 ६-१० वर्ष के बच्चे अपनी मां के साथ रहेंगे।

🏪 पुरुषों और महिलाओं के लिए अलग-अलग डॉरमेट्री जैसे कमरे हैं जिनमें बंक बेड लगे हैं। यदि प्रतिभागियों की संख्या बढ़ती है, तो हम इसके लिए परिसर में स्थित कक्षाओं का उपयोग करेंगे (फर्श पर गद्दे डालकर सोने का इंतज़ाम होगा)।

👉 डॉरमेट्री में सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए सामूहिक बाथरूम/शौचालय की सुविधा होगी।

👉 प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को एक गद्धा, चादर एवं तकिया उपलब्ध कराए जाएँगे। कोई अतिरिक्त चादरें नहीं दी जाएँगी।

👉 किसी भी अतिरिक्त गद्धा, चादर एवं तकिया के लिए शुल्क देना होगा।

🍽️ FOOD 🍽️

Food plays a crucial role in shaping the event's atmosphere and facilitating fellowship and fostering social interactions. We pray & desire that the food at NAYC will be delightful and integral part of the overall experience. Delicious Indian food will be served. Food served at NAYC, balances regional flavors with national choices. Food for main meal includes a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

❌ No special food needs would be entertained. If you have any food preferences then it will not be met.

भोजन किसी भी आयोजन के माहौल को बेहतर बनाने, संगती बढ़ाने और सामाजिक मेलजोल को बढ़ावा देने में अहम भूमिका निभाता है। हम प्रार्थना और कामना करते हैं कि NAYC का भोजन आनंददायक हो और समग्र अनुभव का अभिन्न अंग हो। स्वादिष्ट भारतीय भोजन परोसा जाएगा। NAYC में परोसा जाने वाला भोजन क्षेत्रीय स्वादों और राष्ट्रीय पसंद का संतुलन प्रदान करता है। मुख्य भोजन में शाकाहारी और मांसाहारी व्यंजनों का मिश्रण शामिल है।

❌ किसी भी विशेष भोजन संबंधी अनुरोध को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। यदि आपकी कोई विशेष भोजन संबंधी पसंद है, तो उसे पूरा नहीं किया जाएगा।

👦 CHILDREN BELOW 5 YEARS NOT ALLOWED 👧

Children below 5 years are not allowed inside the Campsite as :

👨‍🍳 we will not be able to provide them with special food.

🛌 we are not able to provide them with separate accommodation.

🦹 they will be often disturbing the programs and one of the parents have to stay outside.

पाँच साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों को कांफ्रेंस स्थल के अंदर आने की अनुमति नहीं है क्योंकि:

👨‍🍳 हम उन्हें विशेष भोजन उपलब्ध नहीं करा पाएँगे।

🛌 हम उन्हें अलग से रहने की व्यवस्था नहीं कर पाएँगे।

🦹 वे कार्यक्रमों में व्यवधान उत्पन्न कर सकते हैं और माता-पिता में से किसी एक को बाहर रहना होगा।
